  • Pet Limit: 2 pets per apartment
  • Age Requirement: Pets must be at least 6 months old
  • Breed Restrictions: The following breeds (and any mixes) are not permitted: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Doberman, Chow Chow, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog, Karelian Bear Dog
  • Pet Fee: $400 one-time, non-refundable fee per pet
  • Pet Rent: $25/month per pet
  • Pet Screening: All pets are subject to screening prior to move-in. Contact our leasing team and they'll guide you through every step
