Our Preferred Employer Program is open to employees of the following local organizations:

City of Celina

First Responders (Police, Firefighters, Veterans)

Collin College

Celina ISD

Methodist Medical Center

How to Get Started

Participating in our Preferred Employer Program is easy:

  1. Confirm Your Eligibility. Reach out to our leasing team to verify that your employer qualifies.
  2. Provide Proof of Employment. A pay stub, work ID, or offer letter works great.
  3. Settle Into Your New Home. Once you're confirmed, your waived fees are applied, and you're ready to move in.
